A marketing site for a property digital-twin service, built around a live 3D sample villa that visitors orbit, open room by room and relight.
PropertyTwin is a Next.js 16 site whose centrepiece is a procedural 3D villa rendered with Three.js and React Three Fiber. On /experience the visitor drives the viewer: five rooms with hotspots and a detail panel, Exterior / Levels / Plan view modes, a light slider from dawn to night and a Capture ↔ Twin slider that moves between the raw scan and the finished model.
The home page runs a scroll-linked journey through the same model. Nine routes cover the process, use cases, technology, studies, about, FAQ and a multi-step “Scope your twin” form. Playwright tests walk every route for SEO basics, overflow and console errors.
