Barbershop SaaS
Online booking and the console behind it.
A multi-tenant booking and management platform for barbershops: three-step online booking for clients, and a console for the shop’s appointments, team, hours, services, payments and media.
Clients book in three steps — service, a day on a seven-day calendar, a slot computed by the server — and get a reference number; the database refuses double bookings. Every table is scoped by organisation, and the shop is resolved from the domain.
The console covers appointments and their statuses, roles (owner, manager, barber) with server-side permissions, shop and barber hours, absences, services and prices, client records, stats, demo and manual payments with refunds, a notification queue, media upload with a public gallery, an audit log and sessions. A global Design Mode switches the whole interface between ten visual styles. It grew out of the single-shop Barbier Vallier site.
The shops in the demo (Barbier Vallier, Salon Nordik) are fictional, with seeded demo data.
